美容院給顧客有什麼建議？
- 顧客應於到訪前量度體溫，發燒者或有呼吸道病徵要取消到訪。
- 經常保持雙手清潔，尤其在觸摸口、鼻或眼之前；如廁後；觸摸扶手或門把等公共設施後，或當手被呼吸道分泌物染污時，如咳嗽或打噴嚏後。
- 光顧美容前，保持均衡飲食、恆常運動、充足休息、不要吸煙和避免飲酒，以建立良好身體抵抗力。
- 不建議市民於社區中使用N95呼吸器，因為2019冠狀病毒病主要經由飛沫或接觸傳播，佩戴外科口罩已能提供保護。正確佩戴或卸除N95呼吸器需接受特別訓練，若使用不當，反而會因為保護不足和污染而增加感染風險。
- 定時量度體溫。當出現發燒、呼吸道感染病徵或突然喪失味覺/嗅覺時，應戴上外科口罩，停止上班，避免前往人多擠迫的地方，及盡早求醫。
- 打噴嚏或咳嗽時應用紙巾掩蓋口鼻，把用過的紙巾棄置於有蓋的垃圾桶內，然後徹底清潔雙手。
- 所有顧客應在進入場所前潔手，並保持警惕及保持良好的個人衞生。
- 所有顧客應盡可能佩戴口罩，如程序中不能正確佩戴好口罩，建議延期進行。
- 回家後，應淋浴/沐浴及清洗頭髮，並妥善清洗衣服。
懷孕期間能接受美容療程嗎？
一般情況下，孕婦仍可接受性質較溫和嘅美容療程，例如：使用天然產品進行非入侵性療程，而較刺激嘅療程，例如：彩光、激光等，則不建議於懷孕期間進行。顧客應事先告知美容院懷孕情況，亦可聯絡已預約或欲預約商戶查詢更多詳情。
美容院會怎正確處理分配美容產品？
- 將足夠份量的產品放入另一個乾淨的容器中，容器中的產品只可用於同一顧客，扔掉剩餘的產品，勿將其放回原有容器中，也不要用在其他顧客身上。
- 小心處理蠟、軟膏、彩妝或乳霜等產品，以防被污染。
- 需更換顧客使用後的床單和毛巾。

美容院如何保持洗手間衞生？
- 應保持廁所清潔和乾爽。
- 提供梘液及即棄抹手紙作潔手用途。
- 確保沖廁系統及乾手機運作正常。
- 如廁後，先將廁板蓋上才沖廁，以免散播病菌。
- 確保聚水器（包括 U 形、樽形或反虹吸隔氣彎管）內有足夠貯水，防止污水管的臭味和昆蟲進入樓宇內。每星期一次，把約半公升清水倒入每個排水口。
- 未經批准，切勿擅自將渠管改道。
